INSTRUCTIONS
Pilot Self Assessment of Classroom Technology Integration
1)
Click this
link to begin: (http://www.edtech.wednet.edu/pilot/)
á A new window will open with the survey. You can move back and forth between
á windows, or if you prefer, print these instructions for use during the survey.
2)
If this is your first time in, you will need to create a new account.
3)
If
you were with the district last year Click: Login (you already have an account and you will use it
to sign in again this year.) If you cannot remember your password or login
information, email Sharron Heath and she will reset it and notify you of the
new info.
4)
Enter the Survey Section
5)
There are a
number of different surveys available.
You want the Technology
Integration Survey. Click on it.
6)
Click on Tiers of Technology Integration
Survey.
7)
Read through
the instructions and proceed to the questions.
8)
Complete the
30 questions and click Submit Answers.
9)
When finished,
you can view your results.
We will receive a listing
of who has and has not completed the assessment, but the district and building
results will not be available by individual, but only by school and
district.
